Methodology
The Geometric Technical Analysis Group's trading methodology is a technically based approach that identifies and trades recurring patterns in the currency, rates and future markets. Our goal is to limit volatility while maintaining a return target of 12-20%.
Currency Markets
The currency markets are the largest markets in the world by definition, since every other market is denominated in currencies. Daily global trading in currencies is over $3 trillion, dwarfing any stock or bond or futures market.
Intermarket Analysis
Financial markets consist of four areas: currencies, commodities, stocks and interest rates. Gauging the correlations between these four sectors is a never-ending undertaking, and only one thing is for sure: They don't continue at the same level forever, even when the underlying economic environment remains unchanged.
